At Sterling Aventura, Royal Imperial Group recognized the community’s demand for a luxurious, upscale assisted living facility. Despite the areas affluence, there was a noticeable absence of a facility with lavish accommodations and quality of care that provided personalized services for seniors. To achieve this goal, Royal Imperial Group utilized the land and maximized value of the existing parcel with innovative strategies to increase parking with an elevated parking deck. Royal Imperial Group obtained zoning, selected architects and contractors, and brought the project to fruition with favorable returns to investors.
